Fast Facts on Educational Preparedness Improvements, Verbal Abuse, and Work Trends from the RN Work Project
Our colleagues at the RN Work Project just published their summer newsletter. It includes data on newly-licensed nurses' experiences with and perspectives on educational preparedness, verbal abuse from nurse colleagues, and work trends.
The primary goal of the Interdisciplinary Nursing Quality Research Initiative (INQRI) is to generate, disseminate and translate research to understand how nurses contribute to and can improve the quality of patient care.
The program supports interdisciplinary teams of nurse scholars and scholars from other disciplines to address the gaps in knowledge about the relationship between nursing and health care quality.
The INQRI Blog was honored with a 2015 "Lady with the Lamp Award" by Venture Medical and listed ninth in the "50 Top Nursing Blogs" for 2015 by the website Top RN to BSN Programs.
For more information on the INQRI program, see our website at www.inqri.org.
