INQRI Grantee Patricia Dykes Will Discuss Fall Reduction Best Practices on CMS Webinar

On September 24 from 11am - noon Eastern Time, Patricia Dykes, DNSc, RN, FAAN, FACMI, senior nurse scientist, program director for the Center for Patient Safety Research and Practice and program director of the Center for Nursing Excellence at Brigham & Women's Hospital will conduct a one-hour webinar on best practices for fall reduction. The presentation will highlight the work of Partners Health Care and the Brigham & Women's Hospital on identifying opportunities to reduce the incidence of falls. It is intended for a variety of provider types, particularly those in acute care and long-term care facilities. Dr. Dykes will also provide insights into how a facility develops and implements a fall reduction initiative. She will take questions following the presentation.
