It's very interesting how new fields of nursing have opened up over the years. With nurses becomeing more indendent in their profession they are taking more control of their lives and finding more flexablity in thier field. Consulting and training are just two of these fields that give nurses more free time and less pressure compared to the hospital atmosphere.
