This event will feature: Frank Federico from the IHI, Michael Cohen from the Institute for Safe Medication Practices, and Lynn Eschenbacher from WakeMed Health & Hospitals. These individuals are pharmacy-trained improvers who've tapped their medication safety expertise to help hospital staff effectively manage crisis situations.
