"Meaningful Use" and Nurses

Under the “meaningful use” rules released by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, nurses will be important to improving quality, safety and efficiency of care, and reducing health disparities. They will also aid in better securing patients' personal records.
